Modifiable at Transfender (paint, wheels, nitro, and hydros)

-----------------------Installation-------------------------------

Use IMGTool V2 and open gta3.img (located in the models folder) rename feltzer.dff and feltzer.txd to old_feltzer.dff and old_feltzer.txd.

Then add the new feltzer.dff and feltzer.txd from the zip file into your gta3.img file, then close IMGTool.

Then open VEHICLES.IDE in Notepad and replace the line for the Banshee with this one:

533, feltzer, feltzer, car, FELTZER, FELTZER, null, executive, 10, 0, 0, 0, 0.72, 0.72, 0

Then open HANDLING.DAT in Notepad and replace the line for the Banshee with this one:

FELTZER       1600.0 4500.0 2.5 0.0 0.0 -0.15 75 0.80 1.20 0.5 5 260.0 45.0 25.0 R P 7.0 0.52 0 30.0 1.1 0.09 0.0 0.30 -0.10 0.5 0.3 0.25 0.60 35000 40002810 0 1 1 19

Then open CARCOLS.DAT replace the line for the Banshee with this one:

feltzer, 73,1, 74,1, 75,1, 77,1, 79,1, 83,1, 110,1, 91,1, 0,0, 13,1, 14,1

Now load up San Andreas and have fun!
