Installation
there are 2 methods to install this mod with sami or with img tool.
IMG tool
1)open gta3.img with img tool
2) find copbike.txd and copbike.dff
3) replace copbike.txd and copbike.dff with mine
4) reduild the archive
that's all! ENJOY
