You'd expect that the more you do the harder they get, and they do, but in this case it's probably easier than the first few. Literally all you need to do is hold L2 and R2 to look behind, then reverse using square. Just as you reach the oil stains on the ground just hold left or right and let the car spin around 180º, then try to stop before you hit the cones. Then just drive a few meters forward and stop in the middle of the cones.
